Anna Orlova
Anna Orlova is a Moscow born organist who started her musical education at the age of 5 as a pianist in the Central Music School with prof. Valery Pyasezky. She is currently studying in the Moscow State Conservatory with prof. Natalia Goureeva and prof. assistant Konstantin Volostnov.
As a concert organist, Anna plays solo and chamber recitals in Moscow and other cities in Russia and abroad. She is the director’s assistant in the string ensemble «L’Continuum» (founded by its artistic director Elizabeth Yarzeva (violin)). Ms. Orlova is a prizewinner in several organ competitions like the Organ Competition of the Academy in Luebeck-Travemunde (Germany, 2011) and III International Goedike Organ Competition (Moscow, 2013). In addition, she is a recipient of the Audience Choice Award according to results of Summer organ Festival and Academy Mataró-Barcelona (2014, Spain). Anna brushed up on her organ skills in master-classes by Raúl Prieto Ramirez, Ulrich Walther, Tomas Trotter and Ludger Lohmann. |
